From Resolutions to Solutions

Jan. 15th, already halfway into the first month of 2012. Are your resolutions still going strong? Did you make resolutions to feel good, to choose healthier habits, to eat mindfully, to have more energy, to achieve a particular goal or to forgive someone? Well, if you have already slipped or fallen off track or still haven’t decided what to make of this new year, we invite you to come along with us on a journey to wellness. Over the next the next few weeks, months, perhaps the entire year, we are going to move past the notion of resolutions and focus on small changes that will make a big (and positive) impact in our lives.

Often, for many of us, resolutions feel too overwhelming, we don’t know where or how to start so we just get bogged down and stick with the status quo. Which leaves us in our patterns, sometimes feeling like a rat on wheel, sometimes feeling that nothing is every going to change or that big changes are too scary. And for many of us, that means continuing the vicious cycle of eating disorders. However, by breaking things down into small changes, each week, each month and making incremental improvements, healthy habits and choices become a part of our lifestyle instead of just a phase we go through for a couple of months.

Are you ready to transform your health and happiness in to a meaningful, joyful life? Now is a fantastic opportunity to leave what didn't work behind and create solutions for the life you want. The past is past. Now is the time to do it differently, to see real change and build the life you want to live. Whether it is desperately needed nutritional information, ways to work around emotional triggers or suggestions on personal care, this series intends to guide us back to health, to wholeness to alignment.
