Do you accept Cigna PPO insurance? Do you work out agreements with insurance companies?

Yes. We work with all insurance companies and negotiate on a case-by-case basis.

What does a sample schedule for your residential eating disorders program look like?

Click here for a sample schedule. Please keep in mind that all patients are different and schedules are custom-tailored, so your schedule may look different from that of another patient.

Could you please send me some sample menus and snack lists?

Each week you, the other patients, and house manager are able to pick out your menu and snacks. There are some limitations based on nutrition, but patients are usually very satisfied with their options.

Do you allow for supplements/ denser food options for people with severe gastroparesis and reflux?

Yes, we do.

Can I use my laptop and cell phone?

Yes, but with some limitations.

Can I choose to know my weight?

Yes, you can.

Are you willing to write a letter of recommendation for me for college once I get to my weight goal and am able to show an interruption due to my eating disorder?

Absolutely, yes we will!

How do passes work?

Passes are approved by the treatment team on a case-by-case basis.

Is the program tailored to each person's needs?

Yes. We treat each patient individually, and each patient's program will be unique.

How often would I meet with my therapist?

You would meet with your therapist 5 days a week on PHP level, 3 days a week on IOP level. You will meet with your dietician 1 or 2 days a week.

How often does family therapy take place?

Family therapy will take place at least once a week, but this will vary depending on your therapeutic needs.

What kind of physical activity is allowed?

We will exercise at the gym 3 days a week. Our clinical exercise physiologist will build a customized exercise program and monitor your progress with you.

Do you have massages?

Yes, but insurance will not cover massage sessions. You have the option to request additional massage time as well.

Will I get to meet with Rebecca regularly?

Rebecca helps patients in group sessions and at other times when appropriate.
