The Rebecca's House Living Facility

The Rebecca's House living facility is a spacious, comfortable home in beautiful Laguna Hills, California—the perfect setting for a new beginning. Located in a quiet equine community, the house boasts roomy bedrooms and welcoming common areas. A chef's kitchen is the centerpiece for learning about and experiencing healthy eating.

We provide a safe environment in a homelike setting in our group living facility where our clients can practice life skills and heal emotional wounds while establishing healthy lifestyles free from eating disorders. At least one staff member is on premise twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our levels of care provide structure ranging from intense eating disorder treatment to programs that include work, school, and/or voluntary opportunities. Our goal is to help clients transition into the real world.

Some of our amenities include flower gardens, a spectacular ocean view, covered outdoor dining area, a full chef's kitchen, spacious shared rooms with master baths, an outside fire circle, and a crafts area. There are many optional activities such as cooking classes, sewing, massages, and gardening to complement treatment.

The many activities, specialized treatment, and atmosphere of mutual trust and understanding help our clients transition back into the "real" world with ease. As they explore themselves through our programs and feel truly relaxed in our homelike environment, clients learn not just to remove the eating disorder from their daily lives, but also to internalize healthy eating habits and recognize what triggered the eating disorder in the first place. Eating disorders become a relic of the past, and clients are able to move on and live life without being encumbered. As a result, they find that after treatment, daily life becomes much more manageable, stimulating, and even fun.
