Sober Living

Rebecca's House is committed to long-term recovery and care. We offer a sober living program for women who are in early recovery from drugs, alcohol, and other addictions. Many women struggle with weight and emotional issues due to poor eating habits, or using food as a substitution for the other addictions. Our sober living program provides an environment where nutrition and healthy eating habits can be established. Mealtime consists of healthy, nutritious foods that the clients learn to prepare.

Women's Sober Living

Rebecca's House is committed to long-term recovery and care. We offer a sober living house for women who are in early recovery from drugs, alcohol, and other addictions. Many women struggle with weight and emotional issues due to poor eating habits, an overeating disorder, or using food as a substitution for the other addictions. Our less structured living program provides an environment where nutrition and healthy eating habits can be established. Mealtime consists of healthy, nutritious foods that the clients learn to prepare.

Catalina House is staffed 24-hours a day. This supportive, warm, environment is ideal for those seeking to build into a life of balance and success after completing an eating disorder program. Many of our clients work, go to school, or participate in volunteer work during the day. Life skills are practiced through assignment of daily chores and house responsibilities, providing accountability and structure for the recovering individual.

In the evenings, transportation is provided for a variety of designated support based, and twelve step meetings for overeating disorders. Upon entering our sober living program, clients are assigned to a Recovery Coach. The Recovery Coach meets with the client periodically to discuss recovery goals, provide personal accountability, and assist with community resources. Appointments with a therapist, registered dietitian, exercise physiologist, medical doctor, psychiatrist, massage therapist, or life-coach is available.
