The Adult Women’s Outpatient Program is held five days a week, and is ideally suited for women 18 and older. The groups are conducted in a supportive, relaxed, and nurturing environment where healing can be shared.
Lunch or dinner is included and provides an opportunity to discuss feelings around the eating experience. Afterwards, a guided imagery allows the clients to learn to sit with food and their feelings.
