Level I:
Level I is intended for those who are just arriving at Rebecca's House. The following expectations will facilitate a smooth transition into the residence and will aid you in getting acclimated to the program. In addition, level I involves the most structure which may help you as you begin transitional living. In this level, you will learn how treatment at Rebecca's House works, meet the staff members who will treat you, and take your first steps toward rebuilding your life at Rebecca's House. Some people have found this level to be the most difficult, as it is the most restrictive and different from their former lifestyle.
Level II
Level II is generally the longest lasting phase of the five levels. In this level, you will be actively working on your journey back to self. You will also be setting up appropriate challenges to your previous eating problems.
Level III
By the time you reach level III, you will have made enough progress to need less structure in your day and have increased autonomy. In fact, you can replace completing the outpatient program with attending school, part-time work, vocational training, or volunteer work if you receive approval.
Level IV
Level IV is designed to give you maximum autonomy so you can "practice" living out on your own while still enjoying the support and expertise of all the staff at Rebecca's House. You can grocery shop alone, prepare all of your meals, and attend your own 12-step meetings.
Transitional Living
This is the final level at Rebecca's House. Transitional Living provides a structured environment where daily living skills and healthy habits can be developed and practiced. Transitional living provides a supportive and warm environment where you can prepare to transition into a balanced life.
