
Our support groups are open to anyone in need of more information about eating disorders; how to help and support someone who is struggling and their own healing, and sense of community. All of our support groups are held at our Main Location, 23861 El Toro Rd 7th Floor, Lake Forest, CA 92630.
ABA Support Group - Monday and Friday 2:30-3:30pm
ABA uses the Twelve-Step Program adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to address the mental, emotional, and spiritual components of the disorders of anorexia and bulimia.
OA Support Group - Wednesday 9:00-10:00am
OA book focus - OA is not just about weight loss, weight gain or maintenance, or obesity or diets. It addresses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is not a religious organization and does not promote any particular diet.

This group is a free support group open to those who want more information about eating disorders, or those active in their recovery and for Alumni who have been in treatment. This group is designed to help you find your path and/or to support the recovery path you are on.
Eating Disorder Family Systems Group - The 2nd & Last Thursday of Each Month at 6-7pm

This group is a free support group to support the families & friends of someone struggling or overcoming an eating disorder. All are welcome to attend. If you are not sure if this group can help you or you simply have questions about your loved one, please attend and meet with the facilitator who is happy to answer questions and can provide assistance with an assessment of the presenting situation.
Alumni Group - The 1st Saturday of Each Month at 10:00am
This group is open to anyone who has been in treatment for their eating disorder. The group is community driven with counselor support. This community building support group encourages the fulfillment of the basic human need to belong. It support continued growth and progress in recovery. Come join us!
